I have an EVO on 1 line and my other line is now due for its Sprint Premier Upgrade. Its the 12 month upgrade they give us. So I saw this phone available on amazon.com for 149 with a new agreement. But it doesnt say anything about upgrading lines.

Does anyone know how sprint premier upgrades work when trying to take advantage of Best Buy, Amazon, Wirefly, Letstalk, type of prices?
Do they give allow us to upgrade at new customer price through these 3rd party or are we stuck using the 249 price after the 100 rebate that will never come.....still waiting for my Hero rebate from a year ago?

    Thanks guys.

Amazon indicates that price for new service so no, you won't get that for upgrading. You probably won't find anything better than $230. Just go to bestbuy or radio shack, they will do the upgrade and you get instant rebate.

Edit: Just looked RadioShack online showing $220 for the Epic (new or upgrade)
