Help Upgrading to ICS LEAK

I've been looking to upgrade to the ICS leak but need some guidance in how I would go about doing it. My current version is 5.9.905.XT875. How can I go from 905 to the 230 ICS leak? My device is currently rooted as well. Would I need to unroot and go back to 902? I'm in dire need of help; I don't want to wait for the official OTA update!

Well, I guess I found out how to update. But can I do it from a rooted 905?

You should be able to go from rooted 905 to 230

When I try to upgrade it says:

-- Install /sdcard ...
Finding update package ...
Opening update package ...
Verifying update package ...
E:signature verification failed
Installation aborted.

you have to unpack the zip first, then open the folder and I think there is another zip in it that you need to flash, I made that same mistake.

Yeah I found this out last night--unzip the 230 file, take the one with 905 in its name, and put it on the ROOT of your sd card.

You'll be golden then.

if you have ever install bootstrap or safestrap it will not take the update. you need to flash the stock modified 5.9.902 file from this thread http://androidforums.com/bionic-all-things-root/480176-how-flash-5-9-902-rsdlite.html . let the 5.9.905 download and install OTA. then you can flash the ics leak and root again.
