Support upload webpages as well as my photos WTF???

    Hi all

    Please can someone explain to me why my htc desire when uploading pictures to my pc it also uploads pictures off websites that i have and havnt been using?

    any replies would be greatfully recieved

    Those are thumbnails that the browser saves. To not get those, just only copy photos from thr DCIM folder, that's where your camera pics are saved

    There's other pictures on your phone, mainly in the browser cache and HTML email images. Using siftware to copy images to your PC means that ALL images are copied. As said above, if you just want to sync your camera shots then copy the DCIM folder to your PC.

    Another tip is to clear your browser cache when the browser closes or before you sync. I use Dolphin HD browser which offers the option to delete history and clear the cache on exit, so there's no cache data stored on the phone.

    Are you using a sync program, like HTC Sync? I find it easier just to connect the phone as disk drive to my PC using the USB cable and browse the SD card folders using windows explorer. DCIM is either a stand-alone folder or a subfolder within the Camera folder, can't remember exactly where. It's as easy as drop-and-drag, and you soon learn what folders to copy.
