Urgent Help - Back Light keeping coming on. / Lost videos

Hi All

I'm constantly having a problem with the back light, it might be when I turn the phone on, go to email, look at the internet anything, the back light automatically turns itself on and I can only turn the light off it I go on to the camera and its not showing as a torch.

I also have another issue I have deleted my camera videos is there away of viewing my deleted videos.
