Hi there ive just treid to root my phone had usb debugging enabled followed the guide exactly to the letter. but unrevoked is stuck on "Waitng for bootloader; make sure driver is installed" and on my htc it doesnt say Hboot Usb plug it just says HBOOT!. Unrevoked has progressed through some of the process so im a bit iffy about pulling out?

    Is it safe to disconnect?
Should i just quickly unplug usb and put back in as phone is on bootloader screen? just stuck on HBOOT

    Please help!

It's safe at this specific stage.

Which guide? Have you tested getting hboot usb on all usb ports?

the unrevoked process got 1/2 way thought and ive been into hboot before on this port. Im gonna pull it and re plug see what happens. It may be because the usb port im using is from the case of my desktop not on the mobo. shoulding cause problems as its plugged into the usb header but still.
    Thanks

The Case USB's can sometimes not be enough to support this process. Glad it worked, but always best to use teh USB ports at the back on a desktop PC.
