Root Urgent!: Jelly bean upgrade for Rugby Smart Phone

Hey everyone,

I just got a Rugby smart fone and i want to root it and upgrade it from 2.3.6 Gingerbread to Jelly Bean 4.0 or 4.1 or 4.2 or better yet 4.3. Can someone please let me know if there is way to do this? because i am dying for a better os than gingerbread, its crappy and slow. plus its lacking a lot of features. If not jelly bean, is there any other better os i can upgrade to like ice cream sandwich or something? Please, i really need help with this.
