    I don't know much about this but on my Samsung S3 I would like to have an icon and by clicking I can open a web page of my choosing.How?

    Most browsers have a "shortcut on homescreen" option when you long press the bookmark or URL.

    Or long press on the screen and add "shortcut/bookmark", then select the one you want (you have to bookmark it in your browser first).

    Then with most Launchers you can change the icon to anything you want to.
