Support USB cable problem

    I have got problems with my usb cable.
    When i plug it into my computer it charges my phone, but transfering doesnt work.
    my computer doesnt recognize the usb!

    any solutions? thanks

    That doesn't really answer the question....!

    When you plug it in, look at the notifications on your phone, there's a 'mount' option.

    I have a similar problem.....and don't maybe understand how to mount it? If you are referring to the notification tray I do not have any notifications when my phone is plugged into my computer and I have the USB debugging turned on.
    I get a Driver wizard that asks me to put a cd in for the driver but I dont have it. The wizard does not give me the option to search the web for a driver.
    Can you help?

    Try another cable, it might be defect, broken. Charging wires are OK, transfer wires are not. Or you have a charge only cable, that also exists.

    Also turn the USB debugging off to see if you get then notification in your tray to mount the drive.

    Thirdly, search the forum to get the source of the usb drivers for the phone.

    Sounds like a driver issue to me; there's threads covering driver installation in detail.
