USB Charging Issue

Hi. I have a Samsung Galaxy S III. But recently, I'm facing a problem charging the phone. When I try to charge the phone using the usb charger via my pc, it charges upto 90% and the value doesnt go above that.
but it charges if i put the charger in the wall outlet.
Very odd issue.

Any solutions would be highly appreciated. thanks :-D
