USB Debugging stuck on

    Hello everyone. I rooted and side loaded my phone today. I go to turn of USB Debugging and the green check will go away as soon as the leave the screen it turns back on. Any ideas?

    Yeah I tried that. I just figured out no settings in the settings page will save.

    I figured it out needed to chmod settings.db

    Connect USB to phone with USB Debugging ON
    Command prompt
    cd to SDK install directory
    cd tools
    adb shell
    su
    chmod777 /dbdata/databases/com.android.providers.settings/settings.db

    That will fix your phone 100%.
