Root USB Debugging turns off inmediatly! Help!

LG OPTIMUS M rooted 3 hours ago. I restarted the device and for some reason, while trying to get the adb shell I noticed the USB DEBUGGING isnt activating? meaning I dont see the icon at the notification bar. Yes I checked that the usb mass storage was turned off. Any ideas as to whats going on?

you have 2 options when turning on debugging.. one is to turn it on.. and the other is to turn on or off the debugging notification.. right below where you set the debugging on.. personally i leave the notification off,, just another icon taking up space when i already know the debugging is enabled..
