I am no longer able to connect to computers. After trying multiple cords on separate computers, I've determined it is a problem with the phone.
I looked around the interweb and found that it is becoming a common problem.
I know you are all going to tell me to do a hard boot, but all of the forums that I've read on this problem stated that it does not fix the problem.
Not to mention backing everything up and doing a hard boot sounds like a huge pain.
So my question is, has anyone found the cause of this problem? I got the phone at best buy and they are out of stock, so returning it isn't really an option.
