I just received a Kocaso M736 for Christmas. It was wonderful when I received it....even got a Keyboard case....which worked fine for a few weeks....suddenly stopped. Thought it was the key board, but keyboard works fine when plugged into my computer or my husbands smart phone. I thought maybe it was the Micro usb/to usb adaptor.....but not since it works in his phone. Then I tried plugging in a flash drive...doesn't recognize that either. It tells me there is nothing in the usb. Does anyone know what the problem could be...or if maybe I lost some kind of driver somehow or what?? Thanks.

To use a keyboard or flash drive in an Android phone, you have to use an OTG cable between the device and the phone. Are you sure you're not using a plain microUSB-to-USB cable? That won't work.

No, I am using the the cable that came with it....and everything worked fine for a few weeks...then just stopped. Could an app I downloaded mess that up?
