Usb problem bootloop

hello
I have galaxy s3 with CM 11 nighly and all of a sudden it starter rebooting itsself every minute.
reboot,i insert SIM PIN, and then after a few seconds ,rebooting again.
i tried wipe cache,dalvik and format but nothing happens((even with format nothing happens,i still have all my apps and files on the phone -EVEN WITH FORMAT))
i tried to connect it via download mode to pc and the pc doesnt detect any change. doesnt recognize the phone at all.
i have drivers installed i have kies everything*nor odin recognize it*
is there an option to install a stock software somehow?
or any help at all?!?!?!?

Just reflash the ROM in recovery.

what rom? i downloaded a newer version of nightly and put it in an external sd and flashed through recovery and the same thing is happening again .
any ideas what should i do next?
ps. i have cwm revocery.

Why are you flashing nightlies? They are usually unstable. Try the snapshot builds. And you may need to do a fresh clean install. Or maybe try a different ROM.

the thing is that i can not factory reset. i do it and nothing happens....
i tried lots of things so i can re install the rom but nothing. i am stuck with phone,clockwordmod recovery and an external sd.
phone doesnt connect to pc

Have you tried wiping data in recovery? Maybe a different recovery. I use philz.

SOLVED!!

i formated all of the componets from cwm *data,cache,boot, etc.*
and then with the external sd i installed a new ROM from CM11.
