So I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy View tablet (my first Android device) for the purpose of controlling MIDI on my host computer (mac) via the app Lemur.
My issue is that Ad Hoc networks seem to have an issue with the app so I tried sending MIDI data directly from the tablet to the computer via a USB cable.
For what I can tell USB tethering preferences are gone from the settings in Lollipop 5.1.1, can anyone recommend the best app or way to enable USB tethering on the device permanently?
I tried USB Tethering Pro but every time I powered off the app it would reset and I would have to go in and enable it again, pretty annoying.
Any suggestions are much appreciated, thank you!
