Recently I started to have my tablets yell at me that their getting full, and I needed to delete somethings.

After I checked my playstore I noticed that my tablet is registering things on my phone are on the tablet and I should delete them.

Should I create different accounts so it eats up less memory? or just keep erasing cache?

playstore should only list stuff on your own phone number.
UNLESS, you have all of the devices linked to the same gmail account.
then you will get a list of all apps on all devices.... ( ask me how I know )

it would be best if the device you are concerned with is used to access Playstore, then slide from Left to Right and choose "My Apps", then you will only see the apps that are actually installed on that device.

I would ignore all of the warnings.
