Both are good. Drive gives more free storage and is integrated with Google's apps and systems. Dropbox has a few things that drive does not such as a client for linux desktops (I know there are ways to do this!). Personally I use both for different things. Its worth reading up on how each works before using them for much. Don't assume that its the same as icloud or that when you delete something it wont be deleted from the cloud as well. I use my home network primarily but do use Google Drive as well. I have the desktop client installed on my laptop so I can get to from my phone, tablet or PC. It works very well.
