Using Galaxy S4 to Link to 360?

Was just wondering if there was possibly a way to download apps to my Samsung Galaxy S4 device that are for the Xbox 360. There's a game called N+ that is available to download in the Xbox store and online. Was wondering if I could copy a file of the game to my phone and play it off my phone using my device as a USB storage in a way.

Not possible unfortunately.

The Xbox One allows you to play games off external storage devices, but that's as close as you're going to get, sorry.
