I go on weekly group cycling rides and I use my Android phone to track my route, play music etc.

I would like to be able to load a .gpx file and use the navigator to follow the route. Are there any apps that will allow me to do this?

Example of a cycling route with a .gpx download:

Thank you for the suggestion. I downloaded the software and tried it out. It is not what I am really looking for. I want to be able to program a route into "Navigator" the Android application or find an application that will follow a .gpx route and give audio cues such as "turn left in 500 feet."

As far as I can tell, Viewranger does not have audio cues. Also the navigation that is done on it is good if you are hiking and can look at the display. While riding a bike at a decent pace you don't want to take your eyes off the road to look at a phone display. It is even more difficult in bright sunlight. That is why the audio cues are so important.
