Using same account on multiple devices

my company is supplying business partners with android tablets to receive data on. we set up every tablet to be the same with apps that support our service. to do this we have created a standard gmail account and use those credentials for every device.

to begin with this seemed to work fine, but the more devices we added the more problems we started to have. the first problem is that some of the tablets were getting forced out of the Google account as a security precaution. this caused problems for our business partners because we did not provide them with credentials to log back in.

to avoid this problem we started removing the Google account from the device when setup was complete. this seems to work now but i am concerned this could cause problems in the future as we continue to add more devices. of course the one major problem is any time an app needs to update on the device a team member from our office has to sign in with the Google account and perform the update. once the update is completed the account is once again removed.

given the need we have to issue many devices to multiple partners, is there a better method than using the same Google account for the setup on every device? does Google have any account type which would allow us to accomplish this goal without removing the account every time we finish updating or servicing the tablet?

any help on this would be greatly appreciated. we have only been doing this for about 10 months so if an alternative method to what we are doing changing the current method would not be too difficult.
