I have a work issued Samsung phone. Officially we arent supposed to download apps etc, but I frequently use WhatsApp on it to contact other work colleagues.
They are now supplying new phones, which they have locked so apps such as WhatsApp will not be able to be downloaded.
My query: is there a way for me to keep using my current WhatsApp account if the app is not present on my new phone (the new phone will be using SIM from my old phone).
I have a different whatsapp account on my own personal phone, but don't want to give me personal non-work number to all work colleagues (i work on-call, I would be receiving calls/texts about work 24/7 if I didn't switch my work phone off when off duty!)
