    I thought I had til the end of this month to make a decision haha

    DAMN! So i purchased on 12/23 and took delivery on 12/28 .... when do I have to decide if i want to keep it? Im forcing myself to use it more and more so i can make up my mind but im not quite decided yet.

    i am fairly sure that is 2 weeks so that would mean today is the last day you could return it

    I'm in the same boat so you had me worried for a second. Take another look at the dates you have listed. ;-)

    This years doesn't seem to have that exclusion:

    Not to ruin your moods, but the very first bullet says "terms of our standard policy apply. I definitly wouldn't get your hopes up that tablets are part of the holiday policy.

    Don't count on it until you talk to somone at Best Buy!

    I took my last one back after 20 days. It was ordered online at Best Buy and returned to my local store. I went with my neighbor and returned his yesterday. It was 20 or 21 days. The keyboards were returned as well and refunded without issue. The Primes did not process and the clerk called a manager to the front to see why. Manager stated it was over 14 days. I kept my cool but pulled up the statement released by Asus on my iPhone and showed it to the manager. I stated that this was no longer the product advertised. Manager did an override and refunded.

    When I bought mine I specfically asked the person in the computer dept and she told me that I had till the 24th to decide. I hope its true because I want to at least add the ext warranty to my tf101 if I keep it

    Yes I had three. Mine, daughters and wifes. Returned 2 immediately when they announced shell was the issue. I was going to keep one but the streaming audio over bluetooth reducing and/or killing Wifi did affect me. Neighbor was all set to keep his but about 8 hours after updating to ICS App crashes started becoming frequent as well as graphical glitches. Tried a factory reset but it didn't fix it so back it went.

    That is what I was told at the local store but it did not take much to get them to go ahead and do it.

    This would be a standard return, which is always 14 days on computers, and anything that can be considered a computer. The gift purchase is if you specify its a gift and request a gift receipt when you purchase, so that you can give that to the person you gifted to allow them to return it (since they won't have your credit card... they usually get a store credit). I'm up on this because I had to buy a new laptop around thanksgiving, and swapped it out 5 days later, and also bought a xmas present and had it delivered to someone who lives a couple states away.

    That said, whats the warranty from Asus? Obviously its not working as advertised with the GPS, and you can probably argue you don't want another one with a known flaw, you want your money, or some form of credit towards the Prime HD.

    Just take it in to Best Buy. Point out the statement by Asus and tell them its not as advertised. At most you will have to ask for a manager. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. One thing is certain, if you do not try to take it in for a refund to Best Buy you definitely won't get a refund from Best Buy.

    Interesting post. I had a graphical glitch when using the stock music player the other night, post ICS. I had to switch to Doubletwist to see what was on the screen. Still, Asus has sent out several updates already, so I'm confident that they'll keep updating the device to address glitches. I don't have any issues with WiFi. I can even pick up my brother's WiFi, who lives next door to me. GPS I just don't care about. Everything else is working like a champ, and I'm a happy customer. Sorry to hear your experience was so bad.
