Verify adb fastboot installed ??

Does the computer recognise the command?
If it does, connect the phone via USB in the correct mode (booted into android with usb debugging enabled for ADB, in fastboot mode for fastboot) and try the command "adb devices" or "fastboot devices" (as appropriate) and it should confirm the identity of your phone (e.g. by printing the serial number).
