Root [Verizon] Any custom rom that I can flash?

I want to flash a custom rom but I didn't found one that can work on mine, I mean I saw they are but not that work on my baseband mine finish on 3AA or someone can please help me understand how this work, I mean it was easier on my LG Volt. But please help me out or sent me a link.

I too have upgraded from a LG Volt to a (Unlocked Verizon VS980) LG G2, but i am a 24A .... I have not flashed a rom either yet... I want to learn before i jack something up. If i find any good info ill post back to you.
