Root [Verizon] Are ROMs supported with MJ7?

I rooted my S4, MJ7, with that Chinese VRoot program, flashed the SuperUser program we all know and love, and downloaded ROM Manager from CWM.

Then I tried to flash the latest CWM ROM with ROM Manager, and I got stuck in Odin for the better part of the day. What am I doing wrong?

Well, that's not true. The ROM would just reboot into recovery and not do anything. I got stuck in Odin when I tried to flash TWRP Recovery to it.

If it matters, I don't care if it trips the KNOX flag, but I do care if it bricks my phone.

Hmm, so did you make a backup of your previous system? We could flash back to it and see if it can boot past startup.

I didn't :-( when you say previous system, do you mean whatever came before MJ7? I thought no one could boot from a downgrade?

Could you post a picture of odin and what is happening with it when you try and connect your phone.
