Has anyone else noticed speeds like this?

My wife has an S4, but I doubt we see AWS in my neck of the woods anytime soon, if ever.

It either has insufficient backhaul or is being artificially capped because the theoretical max is 15mbps down and 50 up

There won't be any Verizon aws in deployment in Rochester. Verizon sold all of their aws here to T-Mobile and that's what I'm running my Nexus 4 LTE on now. It will probably only be rolled out in the big Metro areas to alleviate congestion on the 700MHz though.

I saw 46 down / 16 up a couple weeks ago in a location I never saw more than half of that back when LTE was just rolling out and the load was light. I suspect it may have been AWS enhanced. I'm on an LG G2 which is band 4 compatible out of the box. Gonna test it again at the same location on the way home.
