Root [Verizon] help please

so i have the verizon galaxy s3 sch-I535... and i rooted it today and didnt realize that in doing so it gave me an older operating sytem... i want to go back to the latest OS .. can anyone help me please in doing this

theres a newer one... i need to unroot my phone or some how get it back to what it was yesterday lol.. i didnt make a back up like a jack ass

The only thing that is different is the baseband and the kernel, I think. Cant you just install new ones?

What method did you use to root?
As BlueIce said, you can flash the newer radio, MF1, if you desire and as far as the kernel, you can flash a kernel also.
Are you still on the stock, but rooted, rom?
