Root [Verizon] How do I Return To Stock Verizon GS3 ROM

Well at this point I'm really frustrated, but I'm beginning to think there could be a hardware issue causing my phone to overheat and crash and that I need to return it to stock and then make a warranty claim with Verizon.

So how the &^%I* do I return this phone back stock from being rooted and having Synergy ROM on it? What a way to spend New Years Eve!:bebored:
