[Verizon] Is it necessary to flash new radios/bootloaders with a new ROM?

Noticed some devs offer updated radio files and bootloaders (e.g. Bugless). Should I flash these? Have only flashed one ROM so far and signal is fine.

How do I flash them if it is recommended?

you flash them through your custom recovery that you're using. Just as you do the roms. Install zip then select the zip. If a dev recommends you flash a particular set of radios or bootloader then i would do that.

Most of us will flash new radios and bootloaders as soon as they get leaked because the radios is what most people have problems with.

Thanks. Does anything need to be wiped, e.g. cahce/davlik/etc. or is just a simple flash straight to device?

If your signal is fine I don't see the point in messing with it.
I don't have issues with dropped calls or data signal and I did not flash any radios, nor did I flash the JB bootloader before flashing JBSourcery.

yes it wouldn't hurt to wipe dalvik.

As the above said if your signal is good don't worry about it...Unless the Rom dev specifically says "hey use these radios and bootloader with my rom"
