I'm going to be traveling over the next few weeks, probably when the phone launches. Does it matter if I buy the phone from Verizon in Phoenix or Tampa if I live in New York? I assume it doesn't. Just double checking.
If you are starting a new contract, you may have to be specific about the area codes. but if you are just upgrading (which, given your current Droid, I assume you are), there will be no problems.
