Codename Android, XenonHd, Liquid, Aokp and a few others. Its hard to pick cause they are all really good. Try flashing different ones and see which one fits you and your phone best.

The most stable is easily Bugless Beast but it doesn't have as many features as say Xenon or AOKP. It's as close as stock JellyBean as a rom can be

I ran Bugless Beast for almost a month and I think it was super stable. XenonHD hasn't been as stable, but it isn't buggy by any means. I love the customization options it provides over BB as well.

I haven't run Bugless but knowing Pete's roms, I can pretty much guarantee it's rock solid. As for a stable and feature rich rom, that would be BAMF Paradigm. And although you didn't ask this, the most fun and customizable rom is JBSourcery. Just throwin that out there in case you get an itch. :D
