Root [Verizon] Not sure if this is a Rom problem or a MsL problem....

I am not getting any notifications from Facebook messenger or the new chathead. I was receiving notifications before I put on Jelly Bean Rom but now I can't find notifications in settings to make sure that messenger is there.

Any suggestions???
