Yep. I just called back yet again and the customer service rep said that when the woman I spoke with on the phone redid my order, she chose two-day shipping instead of overnight, which is odd because my order confirmation email shows I was charged $19.99 for overnight shipping. She said that once an order is placed, they can't change the shipping method without canceling the order and doing it all over again. She said that I risk waiting even longer if I go that route. She said that it "should" ship out on Monday, but they "can't guarantee that it will." This is by far the worst Verizon experience I've ever had. Hopefully I'll have the phone that I ordered on 4/4 by the end of next week. I'd love to just walk into a Verizon store and pick one up but the only one close to me sold out before 6 pm and the next closest one is 40 minutes away. Oh, and my estimated ship date has been changed to "Not available at this time."
