Can't figure this out! For no apparent reason, my S3 (VZW) will reboot itself. Any suggestions on what I should try? Thanks :)

Can you boot into recovery and clear the cache and dalvik cache, then reboot?
Can you change the kernel governor or the cpu settings?
You seem to be having a couple issues lately...are those with this rom? Just wondering as I am looking at different roms to try. :)

I'll try clearing the cache(s) and see..

I have messed with the performance settings but there's only like 3 options...

Yes, it does seem that I'm starting to! This ROM have been very good up until the past week or so...

I have been looking at CleanRom, and may go ahead and flash it!

Ah heck! I just went ahead and aborted my relationship with Liquid Smooth JB V2 RC9! I have become infatuated with CleanRom 5.5...also I went back to a TW flavor. We'll see :D

As in, you already tried CleanRom and are going back to it?
What do you like about it? What is TW flavor? TouchWiz?
Can you play with the kernel or flash a different kernel for it?

Yes, and check xda!

I have all the 4.2 apps (including photosphere) working on my stable 4.1.1 rom, so no need to go to a 4.2 rom..i like my phone reliable!

They will automatically work? Or do I need to do something special to get them working?

This is the first time flashing it...

As far as what I like about it...give me a few weeks or so and I'll get back to you! :p

TW=yep, touch wiz

Pretty sure I read that the kernel can be tweaked/changed

Honestly haven't had much time to mess with it after flashing but will tomorrow...:)

TW leaves a heavy footprint :) but TW roms are much more stable/reliable than aosp roms, in general! Give and take but what will you take and what will you give? aosp does look sweet, but theres themes for that loc!

I really hope the CM Nightlies become more stable soon :(

EDIT, i took a chance and flashed 4.2 inverted gapps to the CleanRom, but now getting FC's on gapps. crap!

I think you only need gapps on AOSP ROMS like CM ... Clean Rom is TW so the Google apps package is included.

Installed CleanRom, and flashed the inverted apps. But getting many sporattic FC's from google things now.

First i flashed reg gapps, then flashed inverted on top of it.

Crap, is there an easy way to undo it?

I just flashed this ROM last evening and I didn't flash any gapps at all!

You are right, out of the box you dont need to.

However, inverted-gapps instructions said to make sure to flash all the regular gapps separate or it will screw things up, so i did it. But it screwed things up LOL!

Wish i could undo it without screwing with my setup :(

For now i just disabled a few things (Talk, G+) and all seems to be fine
