It's most likely because it was a setting that required a wipe and you just clean flashed, right?

But did you clean flash to a build with weather baked in?

Nice guys thanks for the update. Had a crazy weekend so have not been here much. Will update for the 8/19 build.

Yes, custom carrier label is in the 8/19 nightly.

You are probably better off waiting for build-1 which is imminent. :)

The commit for Build 1 is merged! Woot! (Although nothing significant has been merged since yesterday...)

Not really, since not many devices are supported in this build yet

I have no idea how many are officially supported and part of the build bot. If you do, please share.

I almost hate to ask this, but since I haven't updated since Milestone 2, can somebody point me to the latest and greatest method to accomplish this? I know the basics, but I don't want to attempt it from memory. I'd like to save my apps and data, if possible. Also, I remember there was a caveat about bluetooth settings. See, I'm pretty rusty. Thanks.

    back up everything with TIBU
sync it to dropbox (not necessary)
    make a nandroid backup

if you're coming from milestone 2 that is ICS?
    wipe data/cache
    flash ROM zip
    flash gapps

in TIBU restore apps with data (do not restore anything that says SYSTEM yet)
then after that you can selectively restore system items that are colored green

if you have any issues you can restore your nandroid (am i missing anything?)
