    I can't see that it has effected battery life either way. better or worse.

    Personally, I can't see how it would with the changes they talked about.

    For me, the phone works just like it did before the update.

    It has not helped with battery or the occasional lag and unresponsiveness.. I've got a week left to solve or return...

    Regarding battery drain, I suggest you install Wake Lock Detector to see if something is preventing the phone from sleeping.

    Does anyone know if it breaks foxfi? I'm currently on 4.4.2 with foxfi working.

    On a related note, any way to disable the auto updates and nag screens on a non-rooted phone? TIA

    This doesn't work anymore if you aren't rooted and using kitkat.
