Root [Verizon] Stock EMail App?

Hi,

I rooted on the 13th using the JellyBeans (I605_JellyBeans_R1) image (which is very nice) and odin method. The default email app after root is a dark theme and I really preferred the original lighter theme. Any idea how to get back the original email app theme?
