I tried this one, very smooth... There are a few issues that I had so I went to Zygot3. The issues were mainly with the camera; it would FC when you tried switching to front facing, it would FC when trying to switch to camcorder... Other then that it was a pretty solid ROM. I would have stayed on it but I need the camera to work.

If you have the Team Black Hat app, its in it.

I just tried but my apps arent reinstalling from the market automatically despite having the backup setting checked previously.

I have a titanium backup of everything, but Titanium still isn't playing nice. I tried with Rom Toolbox and it says it restored the apps, but they arent appearing in the drawer.

    Any gueses?

I've been wanting to try out P3's creation for a while now.

Have you set titanium backup app processing mode to interactive?

I just looked thru preferences and didn't see that option. Perhaps I've misunderstood.

I went about the restore the same way I have on other phones and other ROMs. Batch->restore all apps with data

    it just hung at 0%

What are the differences between this and stock feature wise?

These are listed but don't really cover what is different about the rom in everyday use:
New recovery built by Nathan G - larger font
New Radios - leaked by DroidHckr
New Bootloader (4.0.3 complaint) - leaked by DroidHckr
