Root [Verizon] Unable to install apk on Liquidsmooth

I download an apk and attempt to install. Let's me highlight cancel but no the install tab. Any recommendations?

Well, what app are you trying to install?

Does it on all apps. Click on the apk folder takes me to the "cancel" or "install" page and I can click on cancel but it will not let me click install

This page. Will not let me click install. I have unknown sources checked. So IFK what the problem is.

That app is used for getting paid apps for free and won't be getting any help installing it here.
