can't disable voice mail- stop or disable in settings is temporary and a restart occurs within minutes. also tried shutting off all permissions; still come back on.
Brought turbo from Verizon to consumer cellular; automatic contact from device to server generates a msg that fails to be recognized as I am not a verizon customer and auto reply text message to ?India and a 5 cent charge overtime the voice mail restarts and tries to reach the server.
need to eliminate Verizon native VM but can't figure out how. ;
