Currently Liquid ICS RLS4 but that is subject to change at any time ;) and with the weekend coming up I may go on a flashing spree.

Wait there are other ROM's besides Roman's AOKP? :p

I really like Lou's stuff as well.

I have yet to flash Liquid, Axiom or CM Kang.

I encourage everyone to test the waters. I came from 2 prior phones that I loved liquid's roms on so it is hard for me to try others as well but try them all out ;)

Tangent: Be sure to update your rom as the devs release updates. I know some people will settle on one and just stick with it but with ICS being so new different hacks and tweaks will develop and with these the roms will be enriched.

Switched from DInc to the Nexus last weekend. Rooted by Wednesday due to the battery life issues. Using Gummy currently. I like it - close to stock but with some enhancements like T9 dialer (similar to Sense dialer)

still on Bugless right now, but Pete hasn't updated it since Dec 22. going to move to Liquid tomorrow when i have some time. i absolutely loved Liquid FroYo on my Droid1 and loved Liquid Gingerbread on my Thunderbolt even more. here's hoping that Liquid ICS is just as good. :D

I agree and have been very encouraged trying out 5 ROM's so far.

And I like to lay low for a little while before flashing a newest release...like to see what the crack flashers have to say about any preliminary bugs which is all too common :D

Feels like most of the roms only have small tweaks right now (probably because ICS is really good stock). Waiting for a stable CM9 to see if there will be more major differences.

Still running revolution with nova launcher. I'm going to try a few this weekend, it's really hard to choose one.

Back when I had an Eris, I made a spreadsheet in Google docs to help everyone keep track of all the roms and features. Maybe I should start one for the Nexus.

I just switched from stock to Liquid today. So far, so good. I'm like everyone else, doesn't seem to be many tweak or differences right now. Biggest issue needs to be addressed from stock is battery life. Going to test various kernels and see which helps with that.

If you are looking for tweaks I think AOKP has quite a few, as for liquid I am still endorsing Imo's newest kernel.

Are you getting better battery with 1.3.0 than with previous iterations?

Well, I have been on Liquid, but having to switch to something else because the calendar is not working in Liquid or it's not for me.

I've been on Axiom 2 and now gonna try Redemption. I have no idea how the ROM is but frequent updates and him posting a video went a long way in persuading me to try it...for today anyway. :D

Android RevoHD with Nova Launcher! at the moment I love the simplicity of ICS and the overall feel with that combo, should keep me at bay for a while

I flashed only one rom after unlocking/rooting and have been on it ever since. Rootzboat by Birdman. Using Fab's kernel without OCing.

AOKP with Nova Launcher and LeanKernel UC to 920MHz... very snappy, very smooth, and when I'm not at work (and I can receive a decent 3G or 4G signal) i can easily get 14 hrs with normal use.

Well I have changed my mind. Now I have to go with Codename Android as my current favorite. It is the most complete rom I have run on this phone and has many customizations built in!

Still loving Gummy the most, but I'm running Codename right now and I've got no complaints with it. Once MIUI gets fully stable and the theme-ing catches up, that will likely be my daily driver.
