I have a very strange question to ask the people who
know how the android phones work over the iPhones. I
have a new iPhone 6, before I had that I'd given a Xperia
z2 a try and liked some of the things on it. But I sent it
back and bought the iPhone 6. Now that the Xperia z3 is
coming out, I've seen where Sony has taken care of a few
of the problems that I had with it. So the question is
how could I keep the iPhone 6 for the Phone use and
get the Xperia Z3 for the camera and other stuff. Would
the Xperia z3 work over WiFi without a sim card in it?
I know this must sounds pretty weird, but I would lose
a fair bit of money to change now, but really would like to
give the Xperia Z3 a try. Thanks.

It should; our shop demos have no SIM cards fitted (for obvious reasons) and everything except calling and SMS functions perfectly over wifi.

Yeah it would work fine with no SIM card and just using WiFi.

Seems like a very strange decision to be making though? Your worries about losing money on the iPhone purchase but your willing to spend another

Thanks for the reply. I'd concider the Z3 tablet if it wasn't for the
    camera on the Z3 phone.

I wonder how hard it would be to transfer photos from my Mac to the Xperia z3 phone?

My suggestion: buy the xperia. If you don't like it, send it back. If you love it, sell the iPhone. No money lost. Hope you find your solution! ☺
