So my phone was working perfectly this morning and then I connected it to my computer and added some music. Then I unmounted the phone and disconnected the cable but the icons were still left on my mac's desktop and now my phone is not working.
It takes for ever to turn on. Super laggy. It doesn't recognize the SD card. And my apps will not show up.
What should I do. Should I got to T-mobile or should I factory reset my phone?? I really don't want to do the reset because I have a lot of things on my phone. Please help. Thanksss.

Sounds like you corrupted your sd cards. The usual process is to unmount from the computer(ie this forces the computer to finish any write operations), then you unmount on the phone, and then you can disconnect. You can try connecting to a windows pc, and run scandisk to see if it can repair the filesystem(research it). Otherwise, you'll have to wipe your sd card(internal memory included more then likely).
