Video Cam App

On my old phone, I have a video app called Shoot. It lets you place an icon on your home screen and when you press it, it opens the camera directly into the video mode.

Well, with the Moto G, it doesn't work. It also looks like the app isn't being maintained anymore, but it works pretty good on the Strat.

I know you can place the camera icon on the home page but Shoot would go straight into video mode.

Does anyone know of a similar app that can do this?

I don't use it so I can't vouch for it's quality or stability but EZ Cam Widget Lite has a video and still button.

Hi, I use an app called fastcam which starts recording instantly

Fastcam is exactly what I'm looking for. It also saves the video when you stop the app from recording. I've lost lots of videos because the other camera wouldn't auto save.

Apps like this wouldn't run on my old phone, I guess it needs ICS or higher.
