Video Quality (very jumpy)

    Hello,

    I have converted a video to MP4 format so i can watch it on my hero...

    when i play the video its really jumpy and out of sync.

    any ideas why?

    mine used to be jumpy with the standard player.. i now use cinema (free in the market) and find that a much better player..

    also if youve encoded the mp4 with a very high data rate that may also afect smoothness of playback as the phone is having to crunch more data per second of video.

    Thanks for that.....what data rate / resolution should I use when converting to mp4?

    Pls search through old threads. There are several of them with detailed transcoding formats.
