I recently made a rookie mistake. I was tired of hearing the "ding" noise when taking a video so I deleted the ogg. It took care of the situation, but now I can't record at all. Can someone please upload the video record sound so I can put it back in?

    Thanks :frown:

Reflash your rom or restore from a backup

If you don't want to reflash your rom, you can take one of the other sound bytes and use Audacity, or something of the like, to erase the sound and save as VideoRecord.ogg and drop it in the folder you erased it from. I made the same mistake, but took longer in realizing the connection. I also found that erasing camera_click.ogg doesn't have the same problem.

That worked flawlessly. I ended up duplicating the keyboard space effect and renamed it "Videorecord.ogg" Thanks for the tip!
