When you compile what does the log say if you pick option 24?

If u cant figure it out. Start from scratch with a new copy of framework-res.apk and move something else like the battery and compile. If that works then try moving the clock, if it errors at compiling then clock cant be moved? Will have to test in the morning to make sure its not user error

ehh i did it from scratch and still had the error. Ill try moving the battery instead of the clock and see if it works

It takes a lil, lol, im sorry, i pause the recording on my video for about 75% of the decompiling process to cut down video length. :D

The process takes longer while the recording program is running. Maybe even more on a slow PC/laptop

i tried moving only the battery and leaving the clock untouched and still got an error. When i cut and paste something it leaves that awkward empty space where it was, after i put lets say the battery somewhere else i delete that empty space to make everything on top of eachother like it was. Thats the only thing i did that wasnt really specified in the video. Idk this error is pissing me off lol

Yea, there is smtng going on there. Ive cleared the space too when i did mine, no issues. Do you get the error right away after picking option 11?

Try this. Get ANOTHER copy of your framework, decompile and compile it right there and then, change nothing and see if you get the error

Cool, I'm gonna try to use this to remove that GPS Privacy icon instead of making an invisible png. Thanks!

This guide helps you rearrange them not remove them. Your invisible PNG is your best bet to hide the icon. However, test away and report your findings ;)

Or you could just delete the icon out of the framework-res all together. :D
