I have a LG Optimus F3 that is rooted and just got a USB OTG cable for it. Does anyone know how to get it to work? I would like to use a wired xbox 360 controller with it. Thanks

The kernel doesnt support it... so you would have to build one supporting it, then you need an external power source because the phone doesnt give the power out through the usb port...

USB OTG is a default module for all android systems and all android systems work the same.

You just have to enable it during kernel compilation which builds a lib module that activates this feature.

I will add this to one of the features when i finish my kernel build.

You still need an external power source for it to work. .

That is only needed when the usb cannot produce enough voltage to power the device. We are yet to try and see if it can or not.

It cant, if it was able to do it it would be supported by the kernel...
