after installing vitruous rom 3.1 on two different devices (droid incredible) i noticed that vvm.apk is in the system\app folder using Root Explorer, it appears to be installed but i just can't figure out why i can't run it or find it in the app drawer. I've made sure that the vvm.apk is not disabled or anything so there is really no reason that i know of that would make vvm disappear can anyone help me with that please??

This should be obvious, but did you enable it via virtuous buddy?

OK so I reflashed virtuous (with out inc revolution theme) and there it is. visual voice mail is there. then I downloaded the Inc revolution and vvm gone. It seems that the theme actually hid vvm for some reason
    Can anyone fix this please?.

i had this problem too, probably because i didn't wipe upgrading from stock froyo

fixed it by using rom manager go to download, go under virtuous and pick option for restore apps, pick the mms app and then let the magic happen

you need the stock mms app for the vvm to work properly
