Support Voice calls and data?

    Been missing calls and just found out that while my data is on (EDGE) all voice calls get route to voice mail without even an indication of missed calls.
    Shouldn't the data get disconnect when incoming calls is detected? All my previous phone does that. Is there a settings I can set to cut data when calls come in, or am I SOL with this? Seems like it's not much of a "smart phone" to me if there's no option for that.

    BTW it's an unlocked Cap on Tmobile US.

    on some phones you can turn DDTM off to fix this, is this possible with the Captivate?

    I'm not sure specifically about your problem, but I do know in-general that the Captivate (AT&T) uses different frequency bands than T-Mobile does so you're going to have all sorts of issues. For example, you'll never get 3G.

    It's really not compatible hardware.
